How we work together

All engagements with UnobtaniumX begin with a mutual non-disclosure agreement executed before any substantive conversation takes place. This is not a formality — it is how we work. Your situation, your problems, and your strategic context are never shared, referenced, or used outside the scope of your engagement.

Engagements are structured as one of the following:

• Single clarity session — fixed fee, agreed in advance, invoiced upon scheduling
• Project engagement — scoped deliverable, milestone-based fee structure
• Retainer — ongoing access, monthly fixed fee, minimum three-month term

All fees are quoted in USD. Work does not begin until the NDA is signed and the initial fee is received.

What we protect and how

UnobtaniumX does not publish case studies, testimonials, or client references without explicit written consent. We do not discuss client engagements in any public forum. We do not use your name, your company, or your situation to market our services.

The mutual NDA executed at engagement initiation governs both parties. We take this seriously because the work requires it — you cannot think clearly with someone you don’t fully trust.

Who owns what

All work product created specifically for your engagement — written deliverables, frameworks, analyses, and recommendations — belongs to you upon receipt of full payment. UnobtaniumX retains no rights to client-specific work product.

General methods and thinking frameworks developed by UnobtaniumX remain proprietary.

This website and your data

UnobtaniumX does not collect personal data beyond what you voluntarily submit through the contact form. We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising, or third-party analytics that profile visitors.

Information you submit via the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is not shared, sold, or used for marketing.

Texas residents: We comply with applicable Texas privacy law. To request access to or deletion of any personal information we hold, contact us directly via the contact page.

What we are and aren’t

UnobtaniumX provides strategic ideation, gap analysis, and clarity consulting. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed financial advisor. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice.

Our work is advisory. Decisions made based on our work are yours alone. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

Jurisdiction

These terms and all engagements are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be resolved in Montgomery County, Texas.
